A visitor's tax of 1.17 Euros per person, per day for each guest 12 years of age and older is to be paid on site. Children under age 12: free.
Note: Maid service is not included in the price of the unit. If the unit is left dirty, a cleaning fee of 40 to 100 Euros, depending on the size of the room, will be charged to the guest at checkout.
Check-in is at 5 PM and checkout is at 10 AM. Front desk hours are from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 7 PM Sunday through Friday, and 8 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 8 PM on Saturday. During July and August, front desk hours are from 8 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 9 PM Sunday through Friday, and 8 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 10 PM on Saturday. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal front desk hours, please phone our cutomer care center at 800-627-7019 at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
